Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns for refunds. All purchases made through The Glam House are eligible for exchange only, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations made by the customer will not qualify for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, The Glam House will replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Policy
The Glam House does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or customer preference.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a replacement item cannot be provided due to stock unavailability or other verified issues determined by The Glam House.
