Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shopping periods.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. The Glam House cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team. While we will assist in locating your shipment, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.
